加强急诊重症脑卒中患者急救护理环节管理的体会

Experience Severe Stroke Patients Strengthen Emergency Management Aspects of Emergency Care

目的：探讨急诊重症脑卒中患者加强急救护理环节管理价值。方法选取重症脑卒中患者50例，均为我院急诊科2014年6月～2015年6月收治，重视急救护理环节管理的开展。结果本组50例患者，接诊到确诊时间为（18.0±1.9）min，经随访临床致残率为16%，死亡率为2%。结论在急诊重症脑卒中患者中运用急救护理环节管理，对保障预后意义显著，可缩短确诊时间，防范致残率和死亡事件的发生。

ObjectiveDiscussion emergency intensive care stroke patients strengthen links Emergency Management Value.Methods Select severe stroke patients, 50 cases were hospital emergency department from June 2014 to June 2015 were treated, attention to aspects of management to carry out emergency care.ResultsThe group of 50 patients, admissions to the time of diagnosis （18.0±1.9） min, were followed up for 16% of clinical morbidity, mortality was 2%.ConclusionIn the emergency use of emergency care of patients with severe stroke link management, the protection of significant prognostic significance, diagnosis time can be shortened to prevent the occurrence of morbidity and mortality events.
