Infant Pneumonia Nursing Experience

目的总结婴幼儿肺炎有效的护理方法。方法将我科收治的婴幼儿肺炎患者100例分为2组,50例作为治疗组在常规治疗和护理的基础上,采取雾化吸入和振动排痰。50例作为对照组,采取常规治疗和护理。结果给予雾化吸入、振动排痰护理的患儿,呼吸系统症状明显改善,X线胸片状况好转。结论婴幼儿肺炎患儿给予有效的治疗和合理护理非常重要,在护理过程中,加入雾化吸入、振动排痰,有助于患儿康复。

Objective Conclusion infantile pneumonia effective nursing method.Methods To our department treated 100 cases of patients with infantile pneumonia were divided into two groups, 50 cases as treatment group on the basis of routine treatment and nursing, take atomization inhalation and vibration row of phlegm. 50 cases as control group, adopts the conventional treatment and care.ResultsGive atomization inhalation, the vibration row phlegm nursing infants, respiratory symptoms improved significantly, X-ray chest radiograph better.Conclusion Reasonable infant pneumonia children give effective treatment and nursing is very important, in the process of nursing, add atomization inhalation, the vibration row phlegm, help children rehabilitation.
