探讨应用腹腔镜治疗宫外孕围手术期的护理要点及措施

To Explore the Nursing Points and Measures of the Application of Laparoscopic Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的：探讨应用腹腔镜治疗宫外孕围手术期的护理要点及措施。方法选取2014年1月～2014年12月在我院接受治疗的宫外孕患者80例，所有患者均行腹腔镜手术进行治疗。将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施围手术期护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术治疗，观察组经过围手术期护理，具有住院时间短、并发症发生率及护理满意率高等优势，优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论完善术前准备，术后加强并发症预防对促进腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕患者的康复。

Objective To evaluate the laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy perioperative nursing points and measures. MethodsDecember 2014~January 2014,80 cases in our hospital for treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy, all patients underwent laparoscopic surgery for treatment. The patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, 40 cases in each group. Routine care for patients in the control group, the observation group for patients with perioperative nursing, nursing effect contrast two groups of patients.Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, the observation group after perioperative care, with shorter hospital stay, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction rate and other advantages, better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perfect preoperative preparation, postoperative intensive prevention of complications of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
