摘要
目的探究脑卒中患者偏瘫恢复期的康复护理要点。方法选择来本院接受治疗的70例脑卒中偏瘫恢复期患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者给予康复护理,对比两组的临床护理效果。结果实验组在BI指数、FMA评分等评价指标上均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中患者康复护理,能够提高临床护理效果和患者的生活质量。
ObjectiveTo explore the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods70 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. The experimental group received rehabilitation nursing. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group, the BI index, FMA score and other evaluation index were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral apoplexy can improve the clinical nursing effect and quality of life of patients.
