摘要
目的探究优质护理在冠心病护理中的影响效果。方法 70例冠心病患者,随机分为护理组和对照组,护理组采用优质护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。结果护理组患护理满意度、住院时间以及心理焦虑评分结果分别是(94.22±2.56)分、(14.51±3.02)天以及(36.23±3.01)分,均优于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式对于促进冠心病患者早日康复有着很好的应用效果,同时可以明显改善患者的心理情绪状态,提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in coronary heart disease （CHD）.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease, were randomly divided into nursing group and the control group, nursing group is made of high quality nursing mode, control group adopt the routine nursing mode.Results Satisfaction with nursing care group, length of hospital stay and psychological anxiety score results are respectively （94.22±2.56） points,（14.51±3.02） days, and （36.23±3.01） points, were superior to control group, compared the two groups statisticaly significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing mode for promoting coronary heart disease patients recover soon had a very good application effect, can significantly improve the patient＇s psychological emotional state at the same time, improve nursing satisfaction.
