健康教育在胃溃疡护理中的应用分析

Application of Health Education in Nursing of Gastric Ulcer

目的：对健康教育应用于胃溃疡临床护理的效果进行探讨分析。方法根据2013年10月～2014年8月的78例胃溃疡患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和研究组，均有39例，使用相同的治疗药物，对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取常规护理和健康教育，对两组的临床治疗情况进行比较分析。结果根据研究结果表明，对照共有有效病例30例，无效病例9例，治疗有效率是76.9%，研究组有效病例36例，无效病例3例，治疗有效率是92.3%。两组结果存在统计学差异性（P＜0.05）。结论胃溃疡患者的临床护理使用健康教育的效果比较好，患者对自身疾病知识和用药情况有比较多的了解，对遵医嘱行为有所提升，可以达到较好的预期效果。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of health education applied to clinical nursing of gastric ulcer.MethodsFrom October 2013 to August 2014, 78 cases of gastric ulcer patients were divided into control group and research group, 39 cases were treated with the same treatment, the control group was treated with routine nursing. The clinical treatment of the two groups were compared.Results According to the results of the study, there were 30 cases of effective cases, 9 cases of invalid cases, the effective rate was 76.9%, 36 cases were effective, 3 cases were invalid, the effective rate was 92.3%. There were significant differences in the two groups （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe clinical nursing care of patients with gastric ulcer is better than the effect of health education. The patients have a better understanding of their own disease knowledge and drug use.
