摘要
目的：探究早期康复护理在膝关节周围骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月～2015年2月本院收治的80例膝关节周围骨折患者，根据康复护理方法分为两组，每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理康复，观察组实施早期康复护理。并对两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况进行对比。结果观察组患者膝关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论早期康复护理在膝关节周围骨折患者中的应用效果较好，使膝关节功能障碍与肌肉萎缩发生率有效的降低，使其骨折愈合与功能的恢复得到整体的康复。
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing fractures around the knee joint of the patient.MethodsMarch 2014~February 2015 our hospital 80 cases of patients with fractures around the knee, according to rehabilitation care methods into two groups, each 40 cases. The implementation of the control group routine care and rehabilitation, the observation group to implement early rehabilitation care. And two groups of patients with knee function recovery were compared.Results The recovery of knee function in patients was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with fracture around the knee is better, so that the knee dysfunction and muscle atrophy effectively reduce the incidence to fracture healing and restore function to get the overal recovery.
