摘要
在介绍全寿命周期成本(LCC)理论的基础上,阐述了全寿命周期成本管理在电力行业中的应用,通过实例分析了全寿命周期成本在输电网规划应用中的难点,并提出了相应对策。
Based on a brief introduction to LCC theory, this paper expounds the application of LCC management in power industry, and by using an actual example, analyzes the difficulties in the application of LCC in transmission network planning, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
