摘要
嵌入组合式电磁阀应用于多余度伺服阀上,主要实现对余度伺服阀的故障隔离功能。巧妙的阀芯内部通油方式和嵌入组合式阀芯结构设计,使得电磁阀具有结构紧凑、响应速度快、阀芯活动灵活不易卡滞、可靠性高等优点。该文首先对电磁阀进行方案设计,并通过AMESim、Ansoft软件对该阀进行建模仿真,在此基础上优化设计并生产了电磁阀,并通过了试验验证。
The embedded and combined Solenoid-valve is used in the redundancy servo-valve, and its main function is to insulate the fault redundancy of the servo-valve. The skillfully design of the oil-way in the spool and embedded and combined spool structural make the solenoid-valve has more advantage such as structure compactfast response,the spool moves flexible without clamping stagnation high reliability and so on. This paper first expatiate the scheme of solenoid-valve' s design, and then used AMESim and Ansoft software to build theory - model and make the simulation analysis. At last, based on the results of theoretical analysis, this solenoid-valve is designed and produced, which also through the experiment test.
