摘要
该文中零件"卡盘"属于粉末冶金模压件,由于该零件形状复杂、尺寸及位置度要求高,在国内生产该产品,一是价格高,二是精度达不到要求。为此,在工艺上用机加材料(氮化钢)替代粉末冶金模压件,而在机加件上的"9-R13+0.4"弧形缺口在底部的残余料无法去除,通过设计制造冷冲模,解决了该难题,并保证了卡盘的尺寸精度及位置度要求,为后续的新品研发开辟了一条新的工艺途径。
The part "chuck" original workpiece in this article is defined as powder metallurgy mold piece. Due to the complexity of the part and high demand of the shape, size and position degrees, the price is high, and the accuracy can not meet the requirements if it is produced in domestic; Therefore, the powder metallurgy mold piece is replaced for machining materials (Nitriding steel)for process. The bottom residual materials of the "9-R13+0.4"arc gap on the machining piece can't be removed, however, through the design and manufacture of cold punching mould, this problem can be solved, to ensure the chuck size precision and positioning requirements, developing a new way of process for the subsequent new products' research and development.
