摘要 为了研究紫外光照对铝鞣胶原基材料的影响,利用耐候仪对铝鞣胶原基材料在50℃、辐射量0.35W/m2下分别老化0、24、48和72h,以加速其在紫外照射条件下的老化速度。利用扫描电镜(SEM)研究老化前后铝鞣胶原基材料纤维形貌的变化;利用显微收缩温度仪(MHT)、差示量热扫描仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG),研究老化前后铝鞣胶原基材料的热学性能。试验结果表明:随着紫外照射时间的延长,铝鞣胶原基材料纤维编织变得松散、纤维间隙增大、部分纤维链断裂,热稳定性和耐热降解能力均出现降低,说明紫外光照射对铝鞣胶原基材料的结构和性能产生了破坏,且紫外照射时间越长,破坏作用越明显。 The influence of UV irradiation on aluminum tanned collagen was investigated. Aluminum tanned collagen was treated under 50℃ ,irradiation quantity 0. 35W/m2 in weatherometer for 0, 24, 48 and 72 hours respectively to accelerate aging. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to investigate the changes of fibrous morphology during UV aging process. Micro hot table (MHT), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG) were used to evaluate the influence of UV irradiation on thermal behaviors. SEM images show that the collagen fibers weave loose, the gaps among collagen fibres are en- larged and fibres are partly ruptured with the aging time. With the extension of aging time, thermal stability and heat resistance are gradually, reduced to lower values. Consequently, the structure and performance of aluminum tanned collagen were damaged by UV irradiation and the longer the time is, the greater the damage is.
