明胶与合成高分子复合膜的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 明胶是一种绿色的天然高分子,来源广泛,价格低廉,具有良好的成膜性、生物相容性、生物降解性等。明胶用作膜材料时,具有广泛的用途。但纯明胶膜存在着质脆、力学性能差、对水敏感、潮湿环境下易霉变等缺陷,通常需要对其进行改性处理。将明胶与合成高分子复合制备明胶基复合膜,往往赋予其良好的性能和特性,从而使明胶复合膜具有广阔的应用前景。简单综述了明胶与一些合成高分子(聚乙烯醇、聚乳酸等)共混复合制备明胶基复合膜的研究进展。 Gelatin is a kind of green natural polymer and abundant in nature. Meanwhile, it is cheap and has good film - forming ability, biocompatibility and biodegradability. Gelatin has a wide range of uses as membrane materials. However, pure gelatin film is usually breakable, sensitive to water, easy to mildew in humid conditions and has poor mechanical properties. And after modification, the performance of gelatin film will be improved. Gelatin was blended with synthetic polymers to prepare gelatin - based blending films, which gave better properties and characteristics to gelatin blending films. Thus the gelatin blending films have broad application prospects. The research progress of gelatin - based blending films that gelatin was blended with some syn- thetic polymers(polyvinyl alcohol, polylactic acid) was reviewed.
