摘要
针对胶印运动鞋鞋面耐开裂性能而进行的为期3个月、4款×100双/款的实际试穿结果与现有标准测试方法QB/T 2224-2012《鞋类帮面低温耐折性能要求》、GB/T 3903.1-2008《鞋类通用试验方法耐折性能》的检测结果均不相符的情况,借鉴QB/T 2714-2005《皮革物理和机械试验耐折牢度的测定》方法,并对取样方法进行改进与规范,用于胶印运动鞋鞋面耐开裂性能的测试。结果显示,在其他试验条件不变的情况下,采用在鞋面屈挠部位裁取试样的方法,对8款胶印运动鞋鞋面耐脱落、耐开裂性能进行测试,所得到的测试结果与实际试穿情况相符。该测试方法能够真实反映胶印运动鞋鞋面耐开裂性能,可以为控制、改善、提升胶印运动鞋的质量提供依据。
4 types and 400 pairs of ( 100 pairs for each type)offset printing athletic shoes were fitted on for 3 months to test the cracking resistance of the shoes vamp. The results are not compatible with that of the existing standard test methods for "QB/ T 2224- 2012 Footwear- Performance requirement for uppers low -temperature flexing resistance" and "" GB/T 3903. 1 -2008 Footwear- General test methods - Flexing resistance". Based on the "QB/T 2714 -2005 Leather- Physical and mechanical tests -Determination of flex resistance", the sampling method was improved and standardized, the cracking resistance of the offset printing athletic shoes vamp were determined. The flex part of the shoes vamp were sampled and fall - off resistance and cracking resistance of 8 types offset printing athletic shoes vamp were tested. The results are consistent with that of the aclual fitting experi- ment. The mecthod could test the cracking resistance of offset printing athletic shoes vamp accurately, which is helpful for hetter controlling and improving the shoes quality.
