摘要
网络交易的购物方式受到了越来越多消费者的青睐,但消费者对网络交易中产品质量的投诉也在逐年上升,这给网络交易模式带来了极大挑战。课题组通过发放问卷的形式对消费者在网络交易中碰到的产品质量问题以及在网络交易中的维权状况做了调研。本文以调研报告为基础,分析网购中出现产品质量问题以及消费者维权难等问题的原因,并提出相应的解决对策。
Increasing consumers are enthusiastic about network transaction, but they complain about the product quality through network transaction increasingly year by year, which brings a great challenge to network transaction pattern. Through questionnaire investigation, the research group has researched the product quality problem that the consumers encountered and their status when they safeguard their rights in network transaction. Based on the research report, this paper analyzes the reasons which lead to the problem of online shopping products quality and make it difficult for consumers to protect their rights, and then puts forward the corresponding solutions.
