浮空器技术标准体系能够全面系统地反映浮空器技术情况,规范协调浮空器设计、生产等各类活动全面发展,对浮空器研制生产具有重要的指导意义。探讨了浮空器标准体系的需求、标准体系的基本特点、标准体系的构建方法及体系框图,最后就浮空器标准体系工作提出了几点建议,为其他标准体系构建提供了指导。

Aerostat technical standard system can comprehensively reflect the aerostat technology and regulate all- round development in all kinds of activities such as the design and production of aerostats, which is very important in guiding the development and production of aerostat. This paper analyzes the requirements, basic features, construction method and diagram in aerostat technical standard system, and puts forward some suggestions for the aerostat technical standard system, providing guidance for the construction of other standard systems.
