摘要
结合湖南省两型产品政府采购标准的编制经验,从合同环境服务政府采购标准的参照系选择、服务的标准化评价等方面,对制定合同环境服务采购标准进行了理论探索,并提出了操作层面的有关建议。
Combined with the experience on the development of Hunan local standards for government procurement of resources-saving and environmental friendly products, the paper conducts the theoretical exploration for the standards development on government procurement of contact environmental services in the aspects of choosing reference system, standardized evaluation of services, etc., proposing suggestions at the operation level.
