摘要
为了解现行有效关于食品检验机构质量管理方面的国家标准及法律法规,探讨在新政策下食品检验机构的质量控制管理关注点,本文通过对GB/T 27404-2008、CNAS-CL10:2012及现行有效的食品安全法律法规进行比较发现,GB/T 27404-2008在标准条款结构上是合理的,对食品实验室的质量管理起到指导作用,但在某些条款上的规定已经不符合当前的形势要求,建议修订GB/T 27404-2008标准。
To better understand the existing and effective national standards and relevant laws and regulations on the quality management of food inspection and testing institutions, and explore the concerns of quality control management in food inspection institutions under new policies, the paper compares GB/T 27404-2008, CNAS-CL10： 2012 with existing regulations and concludes that the provisions of GB/T 27404-2008 are reasonable in structure which play a guiding role in the quality management of food laboratory, but certain provisions are no longer comply with the requirements of the current situation, so it is .~u^a~t,,d ta ~,sv;~ ~R/T 97A fl~._＇）f^NR
