摘要
本文介绍了欧盟非食品类消费品快速预警系统RAPEX建立的目的、法律依据及措施,对近5年来RAPEX通报的数据、中国占比情况、产品情况、实施的措施进行了分析,并选取婴儿推车、玩具、家电、服装等案例进行了剖析。
This article describes the purpose of the legal basis and measures for the Rapid Alert System for Non-Food Products RAPEX, and analyzes the RAPEX report data, the proportion of China in the implementation of the measures and products in the last five years and selects the baby stroller, toys, household appliances, clothing to conduct case study.
