利用Lab Windows/CVI编写对某温控器产品各参数的设置和实时数据的采集的软件,开发了综合测试平台,建立了基于CVI SQL Toolkit工具包的数据库管理系统。该平台与原温控器产品参数测试平台相比较,测试功能更全面,故障诊断更准确,而且能有效减少测试过程中操作失误率,提高测试效率,实现测试数据的实时存储。

Using LabWindows/CVl to write on the parameters of the control er are set up and the real-time data acquisi-tion,the development of a comprehensive test platform,setting up a database management system based on CVl SQL Toolkit kit.The test platform of the platform and the control er parameters of product comparison test function more comprehensive and more accurate fault diagnosis,but also can effectively reduce the error rate in the process of testing operation.
