Design of Wireless Monitoring System for Warehouse Environment

摘要 针对纺织品仓储环境管理提高自动化程度的要求,提出了一种基于Zig Bee无线网络技术技术远程监控系统设计方案。终端节点以CC2530芯片为主处理器,定时采集环境温湿度数据并通过无线方式发送到主控模块,同时接收主控模块指令控制温湿度调节设备启停。主控模块接收所有节点数据后通过Modbus工业总线传送到上位机软件进行实时显示,同时可以利用上位机对系统参数进行在线设置。 For the requirements of improving automated level of textile warehouse environment,an STM32 and ZigBee based wireless monitoring system is presented in this paper.Terminal nodes are designed around the host processor CC2530.Temperature and humidity data are regularly sampled by the nodes and sent to the main control module wirelessly. Meanwhile,nodes can control the temperature and humidity modulator fol owing the instructions from main control module.
