西部地区中外合作办学发展路径探析

Probe into the Development Path of Sino-Foreign Cooperation Education in Western China

西部地区开展中外合作办学能够推进我国教育公平,帮助西部走向世界,提升西部高校的实力。当前西部地区中外合作办学数量少,办学层次低,专业分布过于集中,办学积极性不高。究其原因,受制于教育内部和外部诸多因素,应当"一带一路"战略为机遇,以特色资源为载体,以政策支持为契机,促进西部中外合作办学快速发展。

Sino-Foreign cooperation education in western China is conducive to educational fairness,the internationalization of western China,and the enhancement of competitiveness of universities in western China.At present,there are a small number of Sino-Foreign cooperation universities in the western area.The administrative level of is low,the majors are focused on only several ones,and the initiative of school administration is not high.This is because the schools’ administrations are restricted to some external and internal causes.Thus,we had better grasp the opportunities from the strategy of One Belt and One Road; take special resource as the carrier; and,develop policy support to promote positive school administration..
