高校共青团在大学生创业教育中的作用

The Function of the Communist Youth League in College Students' Entrepreneurship Education

从当前经济模式下高校大学生创新创业的内外部环境特点出发,调研我国高校开展创新创业教育模式,分析不同模式对创新创业教育工作发挥的影响作用,结合高校共青团在宣传、组织、教育、指导等方面的工作优势,积极发挥其对高校大学生创业素质培养过程中的积极补充作用。通过共青团职能优势对促进意识引领、营造文化氛围、搭建合作平台"三位一体"相结合的方式,提出推动高校创新创业教育工作顺利开展和有效提高的建议。

Starting from the features of internal and external environment of college Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship under the current economic model,the authors investigate the innovation and entrepreneurship education model of colleges and universities in our country.We analyze the influence of different models in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and point out that due to the advantage of the Communist Youth League in publicity,organization,education guidance and other aspects,their positive complementary role of cultivating entrepreneurial qualities should be developed.This paper puts forward advice to promote the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education through the ＂three in one＂mode,which includes the awareness of entrepreneurship,enterprising spirit,innovation and entrepreneurship,using the superiority of Communist Youth League to leadership,create a cultural atmosphere,and build a cooperation platform.
