混编制住宿方式下少数民族学生教育管理探析

Analysis of Educating and Administrating the Minority Students In Mixed Accommodation Mode

混编制住宿是普通高校少数民族学生住宿的主要方式。通过对江苏建筑职业技术学院混编制住宿方式下少数民族学生适应状况的调查分析,提出高校要采取健全体制机制,营造齐抓共管氛围,强化思想引领,树立正确价值观念,加强日常管理,确保和谐安全稳定,注重服务育人,促进全面成长成才等举措,切实增强混编制住宿方式下的少数民族学生教育管理工作。

Mixed accommodation is the main way of Minority College Students’ accommodation.By investigation and analysis of the minority students’ adaptation situation in mixed accommodation mode in Jiangsu Vocational College of Architectural Technology,this paper puts forward the ways to reinforce the administration of minority students in the following aspects： to complete the system and mechanism,to build a cooperative management atmosphere; and,to strengthen the leading thought; to establish correct concept of value; to reinforce daily management; to ensure a harmonious safe and stable atmosphere; and,pay more attention to serviceoriented education.And finally to promote overall growth and success.
