博士生源质量的评价与跟踪调研分析——以哈尔滨工业大学为例

Evaluation and Tracking Survey Research of the Quality of Doctoral Students Sources:A Case Study of Harbin Institute of Technology

研究生的生源质量是研究生培养质量提高的前提和基础,特别是博士生源质量,更直接关系着未来的科研水平。因此,如何科学评价博士生源质量,对于博士研究生的培养具有十分重要的意义。以哈尔滨工业大学为例,跟踪分析博士生的生源情况与毕业情况的关系,调研分析博士生导师对生源要素和生源内涵的评价,并在结合博士培养过程特点深入分析的基础上,提出完善博士研究生招生办法的可行性建议。

The quality of graduate students’ sources is the premise and foundation to improve the graduate cultivating quality,especially the quality of doctoral students ’ sources,because it is more directly related to the level of scientific research in the future.Therefore,how to scientifically evaluate the quality of doctoral students’ sources is of a great significance to the cultivation of doctoral students.This article takes the example of Harbin Institute of Technology and analyzes the relationship between the source and graduation of doctoral students.It investigates the evaluation of the main elements and quality of students’ sources from the doctoral supervisor and puts forward the suggestion to perfect the enrollment system of doctoral students based on the in-depth analysis of characteristics in the process of cultivation.
