摘要
运用AMESim软件对高频伺服扭转疲劳试验机液压系统建立模型,依据试验机的技术要求设置相应参数,并对该液压系统进行基于角度闭环反馈和扭矩闭环反馈的仿真。针对出现的问题提出解决方法,验证所设计的液压系统的可行性。通过AMESim的仿真分析,可以了解该系统的动态特性,为系统的设计、分析、研究及优化方案提供支持。
Using the software of AMESim, established the hydraulic system model for high frequency servo torsion fatigue tester. According to the testing machine's technical requirements set the appropriate parameters are set, and the simulation of the hydraulic system is carried out based on the closed-loop feedback and the torque closed-loop feedback. Propose solutions to the problems verify the feasibility of the designed hydraulic system. Based on the AMESim simulation analysis, we can understand the dynamic characteristics of the system. It provides assistance for system design, analysis, research and optimization solutions.
