摘要
某钢厂根据生产需要,对转炉进行升级改造,由95t扩容至120t,托圈及联接装置不变,传动系统不变。现在需要运用非线性有限元法研究托圈及其联接装置热—机耦合应力,分析现有托圈及其联接装置是否满足转炉扩容后的使用要求,以确保转炉扩容后的安全运行,为企业技术改造提供科学依据。
According to the production needs of a steel mill, the converter is upgraded from 95tons to 120tons. Converter ring, connection device and drive system remain unchanged. Studied thermal-mechanical coupling of converter ring and linkage by non-linear finite element, judged whether the existing converter ring and linkage are meet the requirements of the converter after expansion to ensure the safe operation , provided a scientific basis of technological transformation to enterprise.
