Social Workers' Social Service Experience,Occupational Efficacy and Employability

摘要 发展社会工作是新时期新阶段我国经济社会发展的必然要求。尽管社会工作职业日益受到广泛认可和重视,但同时也面临着专业人才的高流失率和低职业承诺现象,如何建立一支稳定的职业队伍成为学者关注的重要议题。从社会工作者的个人经历与特征出发,可以在一定程度上解释具备高可雇佣力的个体更愿意从事该职业,亦可更出色地完成工作任务。通过对七个省市自治区353名社会工作者的抽样调查,可以探讨其社会服务经历、职业效能与可雇佣力之间的内在关系。社会工作者的社会服务经历有助于提高其职业效能感,同时对于个体的实践执行力、环境适应力、亲和力以及情绪控制力都会产生积极的影响,进而有助于促进可雇佣力的提高。参与社会服务不仅能够提高社会工作者职业选择的自信心,同时也可保证个体更加胜任社会工作,提高工作效率。 To promote the development of social work is a necessary requirement of China' s social and economic development in a new era. Although social work is enjoying greater social recognition, it is faced with a high turnover in its employees and low occupational commitment. How to build a stable team has become an important concern for schol- ars. From the perspective of social workers' personal experience and individual features, we can tell to some extent that individuals with higher employability are more willing to work as social workers and are likely to have better perfor- mance. Based on the survey of 353 social workers in seven provinces and autonomous regions, this study explores the in- ternal relationship among social service experience, occupational efficacy and social workers' employability. Social ser- vice experience can help social workers to promote their occupational efficacy and have positive impacts on individuals' executive ability, their adaptation to the environment, their affinity and their control over their emotions. This will then promote social workers' employability. Participation in social services will not only improve social workers' confidence in their career choice, but also ensure that social workers can better fulfill their work and improve their efficiency.
