面向“新工业革命”工程教育人才培养质量标准体系构建策略 被引量:18

The Strategy for the Construction of Talent Cultivation Quality Standards System in China's Engineering Education Faced with the“New Industrial Revolution”

摘要 随着新工业革命背景下技术与产业的迅猛发展,我国高等教育人才培养质量标准面临着严峻的挑战。本文从技术和伦理两个向度,分析了新工业革命对工程教育人才培养质量的新要求,提出了从技术异化走向技术创新与超越以及从人的异化向人的价值理性回归;基于人才层次、类型和三维目标三个视角,对新工业革命背景下我国工程教育人才培养目标进行了战略设计;最后,从学术规范、质量保证、信息公开三个方面,探讨了我国工程人才培养质量标准体系构建策略,提出了以学术规范为准绳建立学术标准体系矩阵模型、以持续改进为目的建立高校内部"PDMCA"闭合式反馈机制、以专业认证为抓手建立与国际实质等效的外部质量保证规范和以信息公开为载体建立社会监督制度规范。 With the skyrocketing development of technology and industry against the background of the new industrial revolution,the talent cultivation quality standards for higher education in China are in the face of severe challenges.From the dimensional perspectives of technology and ethics,the study analyzes the new requirements for talent cultivation quality in engineering education confronted with the new industrial revolution,and puts forward the ideas of striving for technological innovation and transcending from technological alienation and rationally leading human alienation back to human value.Besides,the strategy for the targets of talent cultivation in engineering education in China is illustrated in the context of the new industrial revolution,which is on the focus of three perspectives:educational levels,types and three-dimensional objectives of the talents.Then,the study discusses the strategy for constructing talent cultivation quality standards system in China’s engineering education from academic norms,quality assurance and information disclosure.It suggests establishing the matrix model of academic standards system with academic norms as criteria,the‘PDMCA’loop feedback mechanism inside higher institutes with continuous improvement as the aim,and the external quality assurance standards with?international effective equivalence for professional accreditation and social supervision institutional standards on the premise of information disclosure.
