师生、同伴互动与大学生能力发展——第一代与非第一代大学生的差异分析 被引量:40

The Effects of Student-teacher Interaction and Peer Interaction on the Development of Undergraduates

摘要 本研究应用2012年对西安交通大学3937名本科生的调查数据,比较了第一代和非第一代大学生在师生互动、同伴互动及能力发展水平上的差异,以及两个组别的师生互动、同伴互动与学生能力发展关系模型的差异。研究表明:第一代和非第一代大学生在师生互动、同伴互动水平上存在显著差异;第一代与非第一代大学生在研究能力、自我认知和社会沟通能力发展上也存在显著差异;师生互动、同伴互动对大学生能力发展具有显著的积极影响,但师生互动、同伴互动与学生能力发展的关系,在第一代和非第一代大学生两个群组之间存在显著差异。根据第一代和非第一代大学生在师生互动和同伴方面的特点,采取有针对性的举措,提升他们的师生互动和同伴互动水平,对提高高校人才培养质量、促进学生能力发展和教育公平具有重要的意义。 This study employed the data of 3,937 undergraduates who responded to the undergraduates learning experience survey in Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2012 and compared the differences of student-teacher interaction,peer interaction and level of development of students between first-generation and non-first-generation students,as well as the discrepancy in the relationship model of student-teacher interaction,peer interaction and level of students’ development between the two groups.Research shows that:there exists significant discrepancy in student-teacher interaction,peer interaction between first and non-first generation students,as well as their level of development of research capacity,self-cognitive capacity and social communication capacity;student-teacher interaction and peer interaction have positive impacts on the development of undergraduates;but the effects of student-teacher interaction and peer interaction on undergraduates’ development differ significantly between two groups.It is of great significance for improving the quality of talents training and promoting students’ development and education fairness to take targeted measures to enhance the level of student-teacher interaction and peer interaction based on the characteristics of student-teacher and peer interaction between the two groups.
