摘要
本文运用人脑工作机制分析了沉迷网游过程和学习投入过程之间的异同,发现影响学习者投入学习的主要因素在于角色定位的不清晰以及角色定位不能快速对学习者带来快感。为提升高校人才培养的有效性,本文构建了"基于角色驱动的人才成长模型",深入分析了其内在结构、运行机理及基本特征,并提出了下阶段在实践探索中要重点解决的现实问题。
Through analyzing the differences between the processes of online-game obsession and learning engagement based on brain operation mechanism,this article discovers that the main factor affecting learner engagement lies in the ambiguity of role definition and the failure of role definition to create instant pleasure.Aiming to improve the effectiveness of talent development in institutes of higher education,this article creates a role-driven talent growth model and analyzes its inner-structure,operation mechanism and basic features.Problems to be solved in practicing and exploring this model are raised as well.
