The Experience and Enlightenment of Higher Engineering Education in Dutch

摘要荷兰的高等工程教育独树一帜,为荷兰工业界输送了大批优秀的工业人才,促进了荷兰工业的飞速发展。本文阐述了荷兰理工科大学的高等工程教育及人才培养模式方面的经验,包括荷兰理工科大学的基本管理制度,高等工程教育的学制、课程与学位制度,尤其是专门针对工业界的一些特殊学位的相关制度,以及荷兰高等教育的内部问责与外部评估认证制度等,在此基础上提出荷兰高等工程教育对我国高等教育发展的几点启示。 With distinctive features,higher engineering education in Dutch has provided a large number of talents for Dutch industry,promoting the rapid development of the industry.The paper demonstrates higher engineering education and the experience of talent cultivation pattern of universities of science and engineering in Netherland,including their basic management system,educational system,curriculum and degree system.In particular,special degrees for the field of industry as well as internal accountability and external evaluation and authentication system in Dutch higher education are introduced and discussed,ending with some inspirations on our higher education.
