摘要
当前我国高校的创业教育依旧面临着诸多转型困难与挑战。本文在介绍了德国慕尼黑工大(TUM)基本情况和治理结构后,从TUM创业教育的特征、创业教育的体系、创业教育的实施环节三个方面剖析其经验和措施,并对我国高校提出两点建议:制定系统的创业战略,完善创业教育治理体系;突破短板,灵活创新用人机制。这一研究对我国高校创业教育转型发展有一定的借鉴价值。
Entrepreneurship education in China still facing many difficulties and challenges,following the introduction of TUM basic information and governance structures,analyze the three aspects of TUM entrepreneurship education features,entrepreneurship education system,the implementation of the entrepreneurship education.Finally giving two suggestions to Universities in China：developing entrepreneurship strategy,improve entrepreneurship education governance system;breakthrough short board,flexible and innovative employment mechanism.In order to give the restructuring entrepreneurship education some reference value.
