目标与路径:专业学位培养方案的内容分析

Goal and Path:Content Analysis on the Training Program of Professional Degree

本文基于全新的专业学位分类理论,对不同类型专业学位的培养目标与培养路径的特点进行了理论分析,勾勒出其理想状态;通过对不同类型专业学位研究生典型培养方案的内容分析,把握当前不同类型专业学位培养目标与培养路径的现实状况与特点,指出了不同类型专业学位研究生培养方案中人才培养路径与实现培养目标需求之间的差距;通过对比现状与理想状态之间的差距,为专业学位人才培养改革提出进一步建议。

Based on the new classification theory of professional degree,the present paper carries out theoretical analysis on the training goal and path of different types of professional degree and outlines its ideal state.Then this paper points out the discrepancy between the talents cultivating path and the cultivating goal in different types of professional master training program by analyzing different typical professional master cultivating project as well as studying the current situation and characteristics of different professional degree’s training goal and path.At last,suggestions for reform on training professional master are put forward after pointing out the gap between the current situation and the ideal state.
