高职教育技术技能人才质量管理研究述评

A Review of Quality Management of Talents with Technical Skills in Higher Vocational Education

现阶段,提升高职教育人才培养质量成为构建现代职业教育体系与高职院校内涵式发展的共同要求。国外研究主要从研究主题、运行模式以及共同特征逐步展开分析;国内研究则从研究维度、研究方法、期刊分布、论文年份分布四个方面对CNKI高职教育人才培养质量管理相关论文进行梳理,分析高职教育人才管理研究的特点与不足,预测高职教育人才管理研究发展方向。基于国内外研究梳理分析,提出高职教育人才质量管理研究的范式,包括质量标准制定、质量过程保障、质量评估与改进三个维度。

At present,the development of higher vocational education in China is restricted by such factors as incomplete modern vocational education system and the lack of long-term resources in professional education.As a result,the improvement of talent cultivation quality in higher vocational education has become a common requirement for constructing modern vocational education system as well as connotatively developing higher vocational colleges.The research themes,running mode and common features are the main focuses of foreign research reviews;While domestic studies analyzes papers related to personnel training quality management in CNKI higher vocational education from four aspects including research dimensions,research methods,periodical distribution,and paper distribution per year,illustrating the characteristics and shortages in higher vocational education talent management researches and forecasting the future direction of studying and developing higher vocational education talent management.Based on researches at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the normal form of the research on higher vocational education talent quality management,including such three dimensions as standards establishment,process assurance as well as evaluation and improvement of quality.
