摘要
技能竞赛与实践教学的融通整合是将生产过程中所遇到的关键性技术难点和前瞻性的操作技法引入到日常的学生实践操作能力培养过程中的整合。针对现有技能竞赛与实践教学整合对接研究系统性和通用性的不足,本文从国内外技能竞赛与实践教学整合对接研究现状入手,分析技能竞赛与实践教学整合对接影响因素,得出技能竞赛与实践教学整合对接指标与评测方法。这不仅有利于加强和完善技能竞赛与实践教学标准对接、内容对接、方法对接和评测对接,还能促进职业教育实践性人才培养和高等院校内涵式发展,服务地方经济建设和社会经济发展。
Integration of skill competition and practical teaching is to apply the key technical difficulties and forward-looking operating techniques in production to daily training of students’ operating abilities.Focused on the systematic disadvantages and problematic universality of current integration of skill competition and practical teaching at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the integration of skill competition and practical teaching,from which get the integration standard and evaluating method of skill competition and practical teaching.It helps to promote the standard integration,contents integration,method integration and evaluating integration of skill competition and practical teaching,to enhance the training of vocational education practical talents and connotative development of higher institution and to serve local economy and social development.
