热处理制度对Al_2O_3-SiC质低水泥浇注料性能的影响

摘要 为了提高水泥分解炉三次风闸板用Al2O3-SiC质低水泥浇注料的性能特别是抗热震性能,研究了不同热处理温度(400、600、800、1000和1200℃)、升温速率(3、4、5、6和7℃·min-1)以及保温时间(2、3、4、5和6h)对Al2O3-SiC质低水泥浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:热处理温度升高,试样的显气孔率先增加后减小,强度增加;升温速率增加,试样中莫来石和钙长石的生成量减少,液相量增加,显气孔率基本呈降低趋势,综合作用使试样的抗热震性能在升温速率大于4℃·min-1时逐渐降低;延长保温时间有利于试样增加内部莫来石和钙长石的生成量,提高试样的抗热震性能。 Effects of hot treatment temperatures (400,600,800,1 000 and 1 200 ℃),heating rates (3,4,5,6 and 7 ℃·min^-1) and insulating times (2,3,4,5 and 6 h) on performance of Al2O3-SiC low cement castables were researched in order to enhance the performance of the castables for tertiary air damper of cement decomposition furnace,especially the thermal shock resistance. The results show that with the hot treatment temperature rising ,the apparent porosity of the specimens firstly increases and then decreases, and the strength increases;with the heating rate increasing, the formation of mullite and anorthite decreases,the liquid phase increases,and the apparent porosity decreases in substance,the thermal shock resistance decreases gradually when the heating rate is higher than 4 ℃·min^-1; prolonging the insulating time is beneficial to the formation of mullite and anorthite and the thermal shock resistance.
