摘要
在不添加HF的基础上,使用水热法合成了CeAPO-5分子筛。借助X射线荧光、N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射、27Al核磁共振等表征手段,分别考察了成胶方式、铝源及模板剂种类、原料中模板剂、CeO2和H2O的加入量等合成条件对分子筛结构的影响。采用将铝源加入到磷酸水溶液中的成胶方式,以V250粉为铝源、三乙胺(Et3N)为模板剂,当原料n(Al2O3)/n(P2O5)=0.98,n(Et3N)/n(P2O5)=2.0,n(CeO2)/n(P2O5)=0.06,n(H2O)/n(P2O5)=50时,制备的CeAPO-5分子筛的相对结晶度达到99.4%。
CeAPO-5 molecular sieves were synthesized in the absent of HF using hydrothermal method.The effect of synthesis conditions including gel process,the kinds of Al resource and template,and the adding amounts of template,CeO2,and H2 O on the structure of CeAPO-5molecular sieves was investigated by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,N2adsorption-desorption,XRD,and 27 Al NMR.When the Al resource is added into phosphoric acid aqueous solution under the synthesis conditions of V250 powder as an Al resource,triethylamine(Et3N)as a template,and n(Al2O3)/n(P2O5)=0.98,n(Et3N)/n(P2O5)=2.0,n(CeO2)/n(P2O5)=0.06,n(H2O)/n(P2O5)=50,the relative crystallinity of CeAPO-5molecular sieve reaches 99.4%.
