社会网络视角下消费者心理账户机制的理论建构 被引量:3

摘要 心理账户理论的提出有助于解释现实生活中人们的实际支出行为,但心理账户的影响因素研究却仍是一片空白。鉴于此,文章结合"大五"人格特质理论和社会网络理论,构建消费者个体属性、社会网络结构特征与心理账户之间关系,进而从理论层面建立消费者心理账户形成机制,为心理账户理论在消费者行为领域未来的研究提供一定参考,最后提出可供继续研究的方向。
