功能体位的摆放对预防脑卒中患者压疮的影响

Functional positioning to prevent pressure ulcers among patients with CVA

目的探讨功能体位的摆放对预防脑卒中患者压疮的影响。方法对100例脑卒中患者,分为干预组和对照组各50例,对干预组采用功能体位的摆放,探讨对压疮的影响。结果干预后干预组压疮发生率为4.0%,低于对照组,功能体位摆放3个月后两组患者的ADL能力评定积分之间具有显著性差异(P<0.01),说明干预后干预组疗效亦明显优于对照组。结论功能体位的摆放能降低脑卒中患者压疮的发生率。

Objective：To examine the effectiveness of functional positioning to prevent pressure ulcers among patients with CVA. Methods：There were 50 and 50 participants in the control and intervention groups respectively. Participants who were randomized to the intervention group received functional positioning,and were examine the effectiveness. The incidence rate of pressure ulcers was 4. 0% in the intervention group,lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference of ADL assessment score between intervention and control group wards three months after the introduction of those measurements（P 〈 0. 01）. It demonstrated that the invention was more optimised than that in the control group. Conclu-sion：The functional positioning can reduce the incidence rate of pressure ulcers among patients with CVA.
