摘要
基于传统静液压传动装置对工作环境的适应性欠佳,通过分析发动机的工作特性,提出了一款新型静液压传动系统的设计方案。方案结合单片机控制技术,使发动机保持在最佳经济性或最佳动力性工作状态,提高装置对复杂工作环境的适应性,实验证明该方案对提高液压传动系统的性能具有参考价值。
This paper introduces design scheme of new hydrostatic transmission system after the analysis to operating properties of engine according to the problem that the traditional hydrostatic transmission driver is not fit for work environment. The scheme makes the engine to keep the best economical or dynamic working status and improve the adaptability to complex work environment combined with the control technology of MCS. The experiment proves that the scheme offers a reference for improving the properties of hydrostatic transmission system.
