Case Study of Careless Missing and Wrong Doing in Maintenance

维修人员检修时要全面分析故障原因,从表面到内层,从简单到复杂逐个排除,千万不能忽略任何一个小小的故障原因和细节,细节决定成败。汽车由上万个零部件组成,大量的装配、维修工作都是人工来完成的,由于技工水平不一,或者受工作强度和环境的影响,偶尔会发生一些漏装、错装零部件的事故。虽然有些零部件漏装、错装不一定会影响车辆的正常使用,但要及时排除这些故障则比较困难。

There have been many accidents happening during maintenance, such as missing or wrongly installed spare parts, etc. However, in some case, these mistakes have done nothing wrong to normal operation of the vehicles, but it is quite difficult to remove these wrong things. The author summarized the following four typical cases that had caused serious truck accident due to the wrong maintenance, hopeful y providing a warn to co-workers in their businesses.
