基于PLC的变电站风机节能降噪变频优化控制方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某变电站冷却风机作业噪声过大问题,应用PLC变频控制技术对其进行改造。通过对变电站电容室、开关室各风机噪声进行改造前数据测量与对比分析,提出根据室内外温度差对风机启停进行自适应控制的方法,利用PLC实现变频自动化改造,使风机转速以及启停数量随室内外温差而变化,风机出力能够自动跟随变电站电容室和开关室散热量需求,从而在实现室内冷却的同时达到节能、降噪的目的。通过实验测试,完成对改造前后风机能耗、噪声进行分析,结果表明:风机噪声由改造前70~90dB降至改造后60~70dB,运行节能约40%。 In order to solve the excessive noise existed in cooling fans in substation, the PLC frequency con- version technology is used to reform the problem. Data of noise in capacitor room and switch room were measured and analyzed. According to the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, the control of startup-stop of wind turbine was reformed through automatic frequency conversion. The proposed meth- od could control the speed of wind turbine and the number of startup-stop to change with the temperature difference, and output of fan to adapt to the heat dissipating of substation capacitor chamber and the switch room, so as to achieve energy saving and noise reduction during cooling. Based on experimental data, fan energy consumption and noise of before and after reform were analyzed. It is shown by experimental re- sults that the substation noise value reduced from 70-90dB (before reform) to 60-70dB (after reform), and achieved about 40% energy conservation during substation operation.
