摘要
围绕综合客运枢纽实施区域性土地总体开发是促进枢纽设施持续健康发展的重要途径,对于优化城镇空间格局、节约集约利用土地资源、推动新型城镇化发展具有重要意义。本文分析了我国综合客运枢纽在开发方式方面存在的主要问题,结合未来发展趋势和国情实际,针对性提出创新枢纽开发方式、增强枢纽发展活力等相关建议。
It is very important to promote land use intensity and new-type urbanization about comprehensive development around passenger transport hubs. The paper analyzes the main problems about the comprehensive development mode around passenger transport hubs in China, and gives some suggestions about innovating the methods and enhancing development activity about passenger transport hubs.
