高职计算机专业实施导师制的构想

The Idea of Implementing the Tutorial System in the Computer Specialty of Higher Vocational Education

随着计算机应用范围的不断拓展,计算机应用类岗位日益增多并细化。针对某一岗位大批量培养的方式已不适应当前计算机行业对技术应用类人才的需求。文章对目前高职计算机应用人才培养中存在的问题进行分析,从岗位定向和学生为主体出发,提出了以导师制形式开展拓展项目教学的方法,并具体对这种方式的实施办法展开分析,以期为相关专业的教学改革提供一定的思路。

With the continuous expansion of the range of the computer applications,the computer application jobs have been growing and segmenting.The way how the mass training is done to aim one job no longer meets the demand for technology and application talents in the computer profession.This article analyzes the current problems in the existing programs for computer application talents in the higher and vocational education.With emphasis on job positioning and student centered approach,it suggests to develop a project teaching program using a tutorial system,and provides the analysis on the implementation method of the new program.The purpose of this article is to provide more ideas for the teaching reform of related majors.
