以社会需求为导向,以面向工程化和提升创新能力为指导,把工程化教学、职业素质、创新思维培养作为创新型软件工程人才培养的核心任务。在分析软件工程人才培养现状的基础上,通过创新人才培养模式、重构课程模块、改革教学方法,更新培养内容、建立评价体系和考核办法,确立课堂教学、自主学习、结合实践、教师指导的创新型软件工程人才培养体系,使学生的专业能力、项目管理能力、职业素养、创新能力等方面都得到全面的发展。

With the social demand oriented and oriented engineering and to improve the ability of innovation as a guide,the engineering teaching,professional quality,innovative thinking,innovative software engineering talent training as the core task of training.In based on the analysis of software engineering personnel training current situation, through the innovation of talent cultivation mode,reconfigurable modular curriculum,reform the teaching methods,renew the training contents,set up the evaluation system and evaluation method,establishment of classroom teaching and autonomous learning,combined with the practice,under the guidance of teachers a new software engineering talent cultivation system,make students professional ability,project management ability,professionalism and innovation ability have been all-round development.
