应用伤残调整寿命年评价上海市闵行区大肠癌疾病负担

Assessment on the disease burden of colorectal cancer in Minhang district of Shanghai in 2002-2011 using DALYs

目的了解大肠癌疾病负担及其变化趋势,进一步从社会经济角度认识和理解大肠癌。方法应用伤残调整寿命年（DALY）、疾病死亡损失健康生命年（YLL）与疾病伤残损失健康生命年（YLD）等健康状况评价指标,对2002-2011年上海市闵行区大肠癌所造成的疾病负担进行测量和分析。结果 2002-2011年,上海市闵行区大肠癌总疾病负担为45 315.91个DALYs,总疾病负担强度为5.36人年/1 000人,YLLs占DALYs比例为52.18%,近5年疾病负担强度逐年上升,〉45岁的DALYs占总DALYs的90.15%。结论 45-79岁应作为大肠癌筛查的重点人群,尤其是45-60岁人群,以降低大肠癌带来的疾病负担。

Objective To assess the disease burden and changing trend of colorectal cancer in Minhang district of Shanghai. Methods Disability adjusted life years（DALYs）,YLL and YLD were used to assess the disease burden of colorectal cancer in Minhang district of Shanghai in 2002-2011. Results The overall burden of colorectal cancer was 45 315.91 DALYs during 2002 to 2011,with the intensity of 5.36 DALYs per 1 000 population in Minhang district.The YLL took up 52.18% of DALYs,and the intensity of burden showed increasing trend during the 5year period.The DALYs of those over 45 years old contributed to 90.15% of the total. Conclusions The disease burden of colorectal cancer is heavier,especially in recent 5years,suggesting that those aged between 45-79 years should be screened regularly in order to reduce colorectal cancer burden.
