成都市公众对非法行医认知及其影响因素研究

Awareness of illegal medical practice and its influencing factors among residents in Chengdu

目的了解成都市公众对非法行医的认知及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,抽取成都市三个圈层共20个区(市)县中的758名公众进行个人一般情况、非法行医的认知情况问卷调查,采用Epi Data 3.1软件建立数据库,采用方差分析、多元线性回归模型进行数据分析。结果被调查人群中10个非法行医相关知识题得分均值为(8.78±2.12)分。单因素分析显示居住地、圈层、年龄、学历、职业、户籍、月收入对公众非法行医相关知识得分有影响,多元线性回归分析显示居住地、年龄、学历和户籍是影响公众非法行医相关知识得分的重要因素。结论公众对非法行医相关知识认识不足是其选择非法就医的重要原因,加大成都市公众非法行医健康教育宣传力度,不仅能提高群众就医安全指数,更能从市场来源上瓦解非法行医。

Objective To understand the awareness of illegal medical practice among residents in Chengdu and to discuss its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 758 residents ran domly selected from 20 cities and counties in Chengdu by using stratified sampling method. ANOVA and linear multivariate regression analysis were used for data analysis. Results The average score of 10 illegal medical practice related questions was 8.78±2.12, which was influenced by residence, age, education, occupation, household registration and monthly income. Linear multivariate regression analysis showed that residence, age, education, household registration were closely related to the awareness. Conclusions The illegal medical practice is not fully awared by residents in Chengdu, health education should be strengthened to improve the awareness of illegal medical practice among residents in Chengdu.
