六君子汤加味治疗肺癌化疗后白细胞减少症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Leucopenia after Chemotherapy for Lung cancer by Modified Liujunzi Decoction

目的 :观察六君子汤治疗化疗所致白细胞减少症的疗效。方法 :将60例患者随机分成治疗组、对照组各30例,治疗组在化疗时服用六君子汤,对照组单纯化疗。观察患者白细胞水平、感染情况及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗组第3天、5天和7天白细胞水平均显著高于对照组;治疗组患者无感染发生;治疗组功能状态(KPS)评分改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六君子汤加味治疗化疗后白细胞减少症临床疗效理想且不良反应少。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Liujunzi Decoction on leucopenia caused by chemotherapy. Methods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group took Liujunzi Decoction during chemotherapy and the control group just accepted chemotherapy. The leukocyte count,infection and life quality of the patients were observed. Results：The leukocyte counts of the treatment group on the third ,fifth and seventh day were significantly higher than those of the control group. There were no infections in the patients of the treatment group. The improve ment rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In treatment of leucopenia caused by chemotherapy ,Liujunzi Decoction has less adverse reactions.
