中西医结合治疗中老年广泛性焦虑症临床研究 被引量:3

Clinical Study of Treatment of Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients with Generalized Anxiety by Chinese and Western Medicine

摘要 目的 :观察六味地黄丸与奥氮平联合治疗中老年肾阴虚型广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法 :选择中老年肾阴虚型广泛性焦虑症患者96例,随机分为治疗组50例、对照组46例。对照组采用心理疏导及舍曲林治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用六味地黄丸与奥氮平联合治疗,两组疗程均为24周。比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血管紧张素II(Ang II)水平及颈内动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)变化情况。结果:治疗后两组血浆CRP、SOD、Ang II水平、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及颈内动脉内中膜厚度有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组血浆CRP、Ang II水平、HAMA评分及颈内动脉内中膜厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组血浆SOD高于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸与奥氮平联合治疗中老年肾阴虚型广泛性焦虑症临床疗效理想。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of olanzapine combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill on generalized anxiety in middle-aged and elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome. Methods:Nine-ty-six middle-aged and elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome and generalized anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group (n=50) and control group (n=46). Patients in the control group were treated with mental nursing and sertraline for 24 weeks. Patients in the treatment group ,on basis of the control group,were added with olanzapine and Liuwei Dihuang Pill for 24 weeks. Before and after treatment,the blood samples were taken to test the C reactive protein(CRP),angiotensin(AngII),superoxide dismutase(SOD),Hamilton anxiety(HAMA) scores and the carotid artery intima-media thickness IMT. Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in CPR,SOD,AngII,HAMA scores and IMT of the two groups. The CRP level,AngII level,HAMA scores and Carotid artery IMT of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group and the SOD level was higher than that of the control group. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of olanzapine combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill on generalized anxiety in middle-aged and elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome is significant.
