纳米雄黄对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞侵袭转移恶性行为的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :观察纳米雄黄对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞侵袭转移恶性行为的影响。方法 :体外培养乳腺癌MCF-7细胞,不同浓度纳米雄黄溶液干预,并设立对照组,采用划痕实验、Transwell侵袭实验分别检测各组细胞迁移、侵袭情况。结果:与对照组比较,各给药组迁移值均小于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);与阿霉素组比较,各纳米雄黄组迁移值均大于阿霉素组(P<0.05或P<0.01);且随纳米雄黄浓度升高,迁移值减小。纳米雄黄低、中、高剂量组及阿霉素组的侵袭抑制率分别为9.36%、19.93%、25.02%、38.44%。结论:纳米雄黄可抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞迁移、侵袭,具有抗乳腺癌转移作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of nanometer realgar on breast cancer MCF-7 cells’s malignant behavior of metastasis and invasion. Methods:The breast cancer MCF-7 cells were cultured in vitro. The cells were intervened by nanometer realgar with different concentration. The control group was established. The metastasis and invasion of breast cancer MCF-7 cells were detected by scratch test and transwell ex-periment. Results:Compared with the control group,the metastasis values of the drug groups were smaller than those of the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Compared with the doxorubicin group,the metastasis values of the nanometer realgar groups were greater than those of the doxorubicin group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). As the concentration of nanometer realgar went up,the metastasis value decreased. The invasion inhibition rates of nanometer realgar low,medium,high dose groups and doxorubicin group were 9.36%,19.93%,25.02%and 38.44%. Conclusion:Nanometer realgar can inhibit the metastasis and invasion of breast cancer MCF-7 cells. It has the effect of anti-tumor metastasis.
